Our customer placed an order with De Dietrich Process Systems for 3 glass-lined reactors,
two of 60m3 and one of 90m3. This new investment should allow the customer to significantly increase
its production capacity of latex.
CHALLENGES
Our customer favored stainless steel equipment over glass-lined equipment. We were contacted for this extension project where the customer was considering using glass-lined equipment.
The main challenge therefore was to prove to the customer that he has made the right choice by choosing glass-lined vessels and satisfy the customer.
The decision was made to manufacture one 60 m3 stripper in De Dietrich Process Systems China and two reactors (one 60 m3 and one 90 m3) in De Dietrich Process Systems France.
