High vacuum full assembly short path distillation unit including: main equipment, vacuum group supply, instrumentation and control cabinet as well as mechanical and electrical assembling. Skid unit pre mounted in our workshop.
It also includes the specifications for the utilities of the installation, FAT testing, SAT and commissioning and training of personnel in the use and maintenance of the installation.

- Feed flow rate: 500 Kg/hr
- Design temperature: 300ºC
- Operating vacuum: 0.1-0.01 mbar (supply of similar systems with vacuum up to 0.002 mbar operation is possible)
Thanks to the minimum residence time and also to the rotation effect, it can distils thermo sensitive products and high viscous

- Squalene, Sterols and Tocopherol distillation
- Fatty acids and omega 3 fatty acids distillation
