De Dietrich glass-lined receivers are essential for efficient and controlled chemical processes. They serve two key functions:
1. Precise Reactant Introduction – Designed for controlled addition of reactants into reactors, these receivers help regulate reaction rates, preventing unwanted conditions. Optional temperature control systems ensure optimal reaction environments.
2. Efficient Product Recovery – After the reaction, the receiver collects final products, whether liquid, gas, or solid, ensuring seamless processing and enhanced purity.

Customizable Glass-Lined Receivers
De Dietrich offers a versatile range of glass-lined receivers designed to meet the demands of chemical processing. Standard models are available, but custom configurations can be tailored upon request. Options include high-pressure and temperature-resistant designs, manholes, specialized nozzles, and various heating systems such as jacketed, half-coil, or electrical heating tracers. Additional features like temperature probes, pH probes, and bottom valves ensure precision and efficiency.
Two specific designs are available:
- One-piece receivers (1,200 to 6,000 liters)
- Two-piece receivers (50 to 800 liters)
All De Dietrich receivers are lined with DD3009 enamel, providing exceptional chemical resistance, durability, and process reliability.
