Our Powder Blenders ensure highly repeatable batch-to-batch consistency, with custom agitator designs adapted to different powder types. Featuring full wash-in-place (WIP) capability, they minimize cross-contamination risks while ensuring efficiency and product quality.
Guedu Powder Blender
In a cylindrical vessel with a flat base, an agitator with a unique profile creates a vortex motion that guarantees uniform dispersion, division, and layering.
Discharge is done either through a manual or automatic side discharge door or valve. The unit is built with minimal clearance between the vessel and agitator, to allow full discharge of the product with minimal carry-over between batches.
Conical Screw mixer
An orbital arm guides a rotating mixing screw along the wall of the conical vessel.
This mixer offers fast homogeneization, yet gentle mixing, making it ideal for fragile products. And the vessel enables partial load from 10% of the volume and facilitates powder discharge.
