Controlled steps of extraction
The process consists of multiple controlled stages to optimize extraction efficiency and solvent removal:
1. Filling of the raw material
2. Nitrogen purge and solvent inlet
3. Heating, then extraction under agitation
4. Fine material recirculation
5. Filtration under pressure
6. Smoothing and pressing of the filter cake
after desired numbers of steps 2 to 5 (solvent inlet, heating, agitation under agitation, filtration)
