This lab scale Filter Dryer allows users to carry out all steps for process trails for scale up and also small scale production.
Optimized Filtration for Seamless Scale-Up
With a 0.017m² filtration area, it slots perfectly between our Pocket Filter (0.002m²) and the smallest Rolab Filter Dryer (0.03m²) already well known in the pharmaceutical and fine chemical industry.
The standard unit size (as shown) is a DN150, 4.2 litre vessel capacity.
The addition of our specific S-Blade agitator assists with the washing, smoothing and drying of the product. The agitator can be manually raised, lowered and rotated.
